Bio
PhD. Dr. Aline Bortoletto is researcher and expert in Sugarcane Spirits (Cachaça), consultant specialist and CEO at INOVBEV (Ciência e Desenvolvimento de Bebidas) and Researcher at the Laboratory of Technology and Spirits Quality (University of São Paulo, Brazil).
She is major in Food Science, Master and Doctor in Food Science and Technology, from University of São Paulo – Brazil (ESALQ/USP) and Université de Bourgogne – France.
She has been working since 2009 in research and innovation with a focus on Distillation and Aging process, Contaminants Control, Brazilian Woods and Sensorial Protocols for spirits evaluation.
