Peter’s journey started with the TheFloatingRumShack.com, a hobby that included visiting producers, and attending masterclasses and seminars around the world. The hobby has now very much a fulltime ‘Sugarcane Spirits Ambassador’ role. Bringing people into this amazingly diverse category and helping those already involved to ‘up their game‘.
He’s functioning as a Brand Ambassador for Foursquare Distillery and That Boutique-y Rum Company as well as event host, consultant, judge for a few spirits competitions, and occasional trade press writer.
